What We Buy
- Key issues — first appearances, first issues, deaths, major storyline events. These are the most valuable single issues and can range from $20 to thousands.
- Silver and Bronze Age comics (1956-1985) — Marvel and DC comics from this era, especially in good condition, are consistently sought after.
- Modern keys — first appearances of characters like Miles Morales, Kamala Khan, or other modern favorites.
- Collected editions and trade paperbacks — hardcover omnibuses, Absolute editions, and deluxe collected runs.
- Graphic novels — Maus, Watchmen, Sandman, Persepolis, and similar literary graphic works.
- Manga — complete series runs are especially valuable. Individual volumes of popular series (Naruto, One Piece, Attack on Titan, Berserk) have solid resale value.
- Independent and small press — early issues from Image, Dark Horse, Vertigo, and independent publishers.
What About Condition?
Condition matters more for comics than almost any other collectible. A key issue in near-mint condition can be worth 10-50x what the same issue in poor condition sells for. That said, we buy comics in all conditions — even well-read copies of key issues have value.
We do not require professional grading (CGC/CBCS). We evaluate raw comics and make fair offers based on our assessment and current market data.
